At Jacquerie, every product is made to order. Instead of producing items in bulk, each piece is printed only after you place an order. This approach helps reduce waste and overproduction while ensuring every order is created specifically for you.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days before being sent for production.
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
During product launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Production
Each item is produced specifically for your order through our trusted production partner, Gelato.
Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the product and production facility.
Shipping
After production, your order is shipped using one of our logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times are:
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 8 business days
International
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 15 business days
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
Orders of CAD $80 or more qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipment has been dispatched.
Split Shipments
To reduce delivery times, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment where applicable.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Jacquerie is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Jacquerie is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@jacquerie.store. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Where applicable, we will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, natural disasters, labour disruptions, or other events outside our control may occur.
Jacquerie is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
